Even a Pastorius record can be enjoyable (after a bottle of Vecchia Romagna). more
And what do you want to define, they have already defined her, rightly so, Queen of the blues... is that enough? more
Sounds good, tidy, but lacking spontaneity. more
A MUST HAVE!!....amazing the sound of this record, no one who doesn’t know it would say it's from 1969. more
A musician and singer-songwriter of great refinement and elegance. Some beautiful songs and a lot of class. more
This record is long and boring, but I love it when you sing it for me! more
What a drag with this punk, as if a word could change the quality. Listen to "The Slim Shady LP" before judging. more
Made in Japan, live from 1973, has more energy and drive than entire discographies of numerous bands. If we add Machine Head, from 1972, and In Rock, from 1970, I think giving them top marks is even an understatement. What a history, damn! more
It had been years since I last listened to it in full; today I gave it a thorough listen again, still a great masterpiece, flawless. Beautiful. more
Need Your Love So Bad....... And I still get emotional. more
sometimes you don't seek them out, but they find you. A pleasant surprise from a forgotten singer-songwriter. more
punk is for normal people more
Modern fusion is, by definition, them; it's a shame they have dissolved.
However, their sound lives on in other projects of the individual members. more
