An album with great ideas, but surrounded by totally unnecessary orchestral arrangements and choirs randomly placed in some parts. However, it is counterbalanced by an exceptional vocal performance from Adams and good production for those years. It would have been interesting to hear the successor of the saga that saw Gods Of War as the first episode, and instead.. more

I have a pure setup, without any bass, and I would say it sounds cold if I don't use the tube amp. This album is so packed with extraordinary bass that it never ceases to amaze me. Engaging sound and intoxicating rhythm. It's very pleasant to listen to and doesn't tire you out, perhaps thanks to the collaboration with Kayah. more
