I was pleasantly surprised by "Fact and fiction," they deserve to be remembered as one of the main bands in the neoprogressive melting pot of the 80s. more
Among my absolute favorite bands. An electro-symphonic pop-rock of crystalline purity, embedded in the preferred structure of the concept album. From "Tales of Mystery and Imagination" to "Freudiana," pure bliss. more
Perhaps my favorite album by Alan Parsons as a solo artist, a concept album about flight with an ethereal and dreamy sound. Beautiful arrangements and the usual impeccable production serving a classy soft-rock laced with exquisite electronics. more
At this moment, as many have noticed, he is the most important new singer-songwriter in Italy. I’m not saying he is the best, but it's a miracle that in a time when no decent music is being produced in Italy, there is him. more
Let’s think about Italian rock, without making comparisons with other countries and other cultures. Vasco in our country is the one who has best succeeded in representing many generations of Italians through rock. Let’s try to be objective even for those who don’t like him. more

I met him this summer, very nice and not at all conceited. In fact, he remains a very humble person. Too bad that musically he’s terrible, even worse... the rating goes to the singer Mahmood. more
Sacred music of the High Renaissance. Phillips conducts the Spanish choir of 33 voices. Sublime, moving performances that culminate with Tomás Luis de Victoria and Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina. more
The supreme exponents of lagna-rock. Something good between 1997 and 2003, for the rest a constant snooze. more

Aside from the objective fact that they are one of the fundamental bands of thrash, I got to know them through the 1999 album, that thermonuclear bomb called "The Gathering" (which I recently revisited for its twentieth anniversary and it still kicks everyone's ass, guaranteed), so the 5 is even more meaningful to me. more
Good job!! more
