Holy shit, "(Without Noticing)" is my album of the year! A kind of free jazz record played by the Stooges. more
Transmisia
90s. From Croatia, a band that deserved more visibility. Their debut in 1991, "Mincing Machine," is a small masterpiece of hard noise rock, we're in the 90s, blending with industrial and post-punk rhythms. An excellent work, an excellent band to be reevaluated. Transmisia - (Homosexual) Party  more

When jazz became cosmic music more
Albert Ayler -Spirits
The first album of the spectral aleyrian triad... Albert is dead, I'm sure of it! more
Jim Jarmusch
"Daunbailò" and "Dead Man" are among the most beautiful films of their respective decades, the latter in particular being a true masterpiece. In addition to these two, other great films like "Stranger Than Paradise," "Night on Earth," and "Ghost Dog" should be counted, which obviously brings it to a 5 (though really, just "Dead Man" would have sufficed), even if I haven't seen the last two and I liked "Broken Flowers" little to not at all. more
Santana -Borboletta
Santana fusion that I grew up with, and which I prefer to the flashy Santana of the Las Vegas lounges and the radio charts of ....later. more
The Beach Boys -Pet Sounds
I love it and I think it's the most beautiful album in history! more

If certain people are so successful in Italy, then I much prefer to remain in my gray anonymity. more
The History of Apple Pie
Very young London shoegaze-pop formation, good vocal harmonies reminiscent of Lush more than MBV. They have already supported Graham Coxon, and this year their first album was released. I wanted to write a review, but they are still too immature. more
Roxy Music -Stranded
Without thinking about what comes before...? 5, absolutely. A fundamental milestone for the Roxy story, Ferry was at terrifying creative peaks, Mackay and Manzanera (and Jobson, because there's no more Eno but there's him...) at very high levels of inventiveness. more
