...I preface by saying I've been listening to Vasco for a long time and I still consider him a great artist today, certainly less rebellious than he used to be and more "aligned".... Vasco is a man with the soul and impulses of a child.... and for this endowed with great sensitivity and poetry...
I have always considered this album one of Vasco's best.... let's listen to it together.
"Siamo solo noi": this track is history, if it had been born outside of Italy.. if Lou Reed had written it, it would be considered a classic of world rock music; and instead, whether you like it or not, Vasco wrote it and we thank him for it; "ieri ho sgozzato mio figlio": great irony, and rock music without frills: Vasco was perhaps the first in Italy and in Italian to propose this distorted and aggressive rock; "che ironia": a little-known track, certainly not Vasco's masterpiece, a good filler; "voglio andare al mare": great track balancing between reggae and rock, provocative lyrics; "brava": here too there's an international feel, a great track much loved by fans like me of Vasco; "dimentichiamoci questa città": pure hard rock, liberating scream, beautiful!!; "incredibile romantica": beautiful, sweet, and full of tension.. a great rock ballad; "valium". Here is the "sick" Vasco, the distorted and transgressive Vasco.
........ROCK N' ROLL FOREVER (also in Italian)..........

"Siamo solo noi" is an immortal track, often described as a generational anthem.
"Try listening to 'Valium' as a lullaby, I assure you the effect is excellent!"
"'Siamo solo noi' is the anthem of a generation of disrupted without saints or heroes."
"Vasco is an authentic artist, his music is communication, from nonsensical language to real love poems."
