Collection here and there... "I remember that in my second year of high school, I had a classmate who was using drugs. She was 16 because she had been held back. It was the time of the book Christiana F.; we knew these things existed, but we were still really too young. The year before, she was doing fine, that year she came back to school with dark circles under her eyes... What struck me were her feet: she always wore sandals, and her feet were black with dirt. They said that in her family her brother dealt drugs. The math teacher had been assigned as her special tutor, supposed to keep an eye on her while she was at school. At that time, one day a week, every class had to be at school in the afternoon instead of the morning. During math class, she went out to the bathroom. I will always remember the teacher, who turned to us and said, 'Someone go with her.' Out went what was her best friend at the time, who had known her since elementary school. I will never forget her face when she came back to class: it was dead white; she told the teacher that M. was in the bathroom feeling bad, she had locked herself inside, maybe to get high, and when she opened the door, she had fallen to the floor. They immediately called social services; she was taken away by a police car, I believe she ended up in a group home. We never heard anything more. Some said she was better, some said she was still in the group home. Sixteen years old, damn." Fausto Rossi (Faust'O) – Sotto la pioggia al mattino

Five Storks An amazing David Garfield on keyboards, a superb Michael Landau on guitar, and a divine Carlos Vega on drums. Highly recommended even for discerning tastes, absolutely.

Intro X

I wanted to close the account... but now I deeply regret that decision. Perhaps I still have some reasons to keep it alive... or maybe not. But it doesn't really matter; I no longer know where to head with this site, but that doesn't mean I can't find anything to talk about anymore. I'm diving into the unknown and seeing how it turns out.
