Thirteen at thirty (99)

Big Star - Thirteen 1972

Obviously, the piece that inspired this column, in addition to personal events. I wanted to place it as the hundredth and last track, but I thought to give way to a band I adore and that in my opinion is quite underrated.

The Creation Factory! - Girl You're Out Of Time

2018 or thereabouts, this album by Creation Factory - California is a marvel.

They fit right into that enormous, noble container of exhausted fetishists who leave their homes believing, indeed absolutely convinced… that they are in 1966…

The name draws from two sixties bands, the album cover in the style of Love’s debut… the band may not have “become the coolest on the planet,” as someone prophesied, but perhaps if we were in the sixties… and anyway, if you play garage, you know you’re a loser, and you even take pride in it…

Crack The Sky - Maybe I Can Fool Everybody
Great band with hints of Big Star, 10cc, Golden Earring...

Tigran Hamasyan - Entertain Me

Piece played in 256/16 with 5 sections of 35 and 1 of 11. The damnation of every musician, extremely difficult to reproduce.
