OSCILLATORS AND SYNTHESIZERS, LADIES AND PIONEERS...

Laurie Spiegel plays Alles synth - temporary replacement

Laurie Spiegel (1945). Let’s rejuvenate our listening experience and introduce the art of Ms. Lauretta Specchio, a pioneer of computer music who boasts a track recorded no less than on the Golden Record as part of the Voyager project... perhaps some little alien, with a very clear Altair accent, has listened to it, wondering what the hell kind of music Earthlings listen to. And little do they know that there's no limit to the worst, let alone the Golden Record. The lady in question also doesn't shy away from composing scores for strings, chamber music, when we talk about experimentation and tradition.

Dentro Sharon (Remastered) Since that first album, Verdena distanced themselves pretty quickly; not for the beautiful songs but for the desire to change their skin that distinguishes them. Despite the excellent performances in recent years, today I was struck by this one. Their first song I listened to many years ago (resulting in the purchase of the album). The guitars, the simple yet badass structure, that acidic love that Alberto handles with his vocal cords. SHAAA SHAAA ROOOON
