I don’t remember ever seeing one of their tracks on these pages; the only one who can contradict me is my friend @[Battlegods]. (I know your tastes by now)
I haven't listened to it in full for a long time; this seems like a good occasion.
The Chameleons - Script of the Bridge 1983 Full Vinyl. UK

Dream Academy - In Places on the Run
Here’s another voice that sends me into orbit. Debut from 1985 (it would have been even better if it had come out 4 years earlier, but the magic is present in all three of their albums).

Today is my seventh debaserian birthday. On January 25, 2014, I posted my first comment on a review of God Machine, written by the skilled hand of the good @[tia]. Adding up reviews and editorials with my two nicknames and all the numerous writing collaborations with many users, I'm now close to the figure of 400 publications!! I'd say that's an excellent milestone. I've discovered a ton of new albums and artists, while at the same time sharing music recommendations to the fullest. A hug to everyone, I love you all... For a long time forgotten until some illustrious name transformed him into "My little crazy friend but ultimately brilliant" and the trigger was pulled, the trend started, everyone was mentioning him, t-shirts, absolutely everyone, the crazy genius. Then upon closer inspection, half of his production isn't worth much, but now the trigger has been pulled, paintings, statues, phrases, everything brilliant. Poor guy, who knows if tomorrow he will still be so brilliant if he is only remembered for his scrappy little low-fi songs or if the trend passes... I hope he tucked away some dollars in his pillow.
