The Cure - The Figurehead (Peel Session) Everything that "A Forest" manages to convey to me is enough to place it alongside the beloved listens that have continued for some time. "Pornography" is the album where the atmosphere becomes the most "kool." The Cure need to push, and it will be the reverberated voice akin to psych, but the "neniuccie" of "Faith" remain merely charming to me (albeit with horrific visions). In the post-"this album" period, they don't quite resonate with me anymore, same goes for the "Depeche post Stripped" (a song that holds the same value for me as "A Forest").
