THE REVIEW

This album could be described in a few words: the best album of the King of Pop. That’s enough. It would be enough. It would be enough if this weren’t a review for DeBaser. But it is, so it's better to roll up our sleeves and start writing.

"Dangerous" is quite a long album (14 tracks) with a high density of masterpiece tracks, surrounded by other pieces that perfectly coordinate with each other.

It begins with the lively and brilliant "Jam", a highly danceable track, perhaps a bit too electronic but still agreeable to the ear, with an interesting intersection of rap. The lyrics turn out to be decidedly profound, far more than the rhythm of the song itself.

"Why You Wanna Trip On Me" is a background piece but certainly shows great class, with the usual R&B touches and maybe even a bit of rock. Michael’s voice is beautiful, unique, typical of his new sound. And again, here’s a great text, in which Michael keeps saying, "there are many severe problems in the world, why do you want to care about me?"

"In The Closet" is the first true gem of the album, sultry and mysterious melody, fantastic rhythm and music, once again Michael's voice is used in that splendid way, with a young, debuting Naomi Campbell putting the cherry on top.

"She Drives Me Wild" may not be among Michael’s best songs, but he certainly does what he enjoys here, without caring about what people like. Here he indulges in black music, in a track that has only one jarring note: a decidedly annoying background sound effect.

"Remember The Time" in my opinion is a song a bit overrated, though one must admit that Michael once again brings out his origins for a track that fulfills without absolutely overdoing it.

"Can’t Let Her Get Away" appears very similar to "She Drives Me Wild": here too, Michael finds a good piece which, however, will never make it among his masterpieces.

We reach the second part of the album; the introduction is officially over, we delve into the heart, with Michael’s splendid music permeating our very core. And here comes another gem: it’s "Heal The World", who doesn’t know the chorus, the music might not be great, but when the introduction ends, recited by a tender child’s voice, and Michael starts singing with incredible sweetness, we all begin to think of wanting to do something more to "make the world a better place." In a single word, TENDERNESS.

Sweet “Heal The World” ends and we begin with another masterpiece of Jackson's career: "Black Or White", catchy from the start, who couldn’t appreciate the guitar that kicks in and that blend of genres that nonetheless remains pleasant, and great credit must be given, because there was the risk of muddling too much and messing up the track.

And after these two huge successes, we arrive at Michael Jackson’s MASTERPIECE: "Who Is It", to this track, I want to dedicate a few more lines. The intro with its mysterious and sensual choruses is just a prelude to what comes next: the rhythmic base traps you after a couple of seconds, the melody is mysterious and in almost inhuman tones, the chorus is incredibly beautiful and the musical base is simply fantastic for how harmonious it is. The lyrics talk about a man destroyed by a sudden separation, which makes the song even more beautiful and mysterious.

And after this wonderful track, we move to a whole other genre: the rock of"Give In To Me", a stunning song. Pure rock, without renouncing a typically “black” tone and notes of great character and strength, the chorus is incredibly furious, here Michael unleashes all his most intimate feelings with great character. Even the arrangement and the musical base are very beautiful.

We arrive at "Will You Be There". The first time I listened to this song, I started humming it after the first verse. It is the beautiful black gospel enjoyed by Michael and the fans, with a finale where Jackson brings out literally EVERYTHING in his repertoire (and I assure you that it’s not little), alternating with the choir with impressively powerful high notes. Appreciable the Beethoven intro.

So, "Keep The Faith", nice blend here as well, the beginning is very sweet, with natural instruments accompanying Michael’s voice, which later unleashes and starts in a chorus of good character.

I believe I have rarely heard a sweeter and more harmonious piece than "Gone Too Soon". It could be a sweet lullaby, truly incredible how the King of Pop can alter his splendid voice.

The finale with the mysterious title track "Dangerous", great track, perhaps a bit underrated, but upon reflection, you won't find a single flaw, it's all put together greatly, Michael's voice talking about this “dangerous” girl is truly wonderful.

In short, a legendary album, where nothing is discarded, absolutely nothing, Michael Jackson's best. And that should suffice.

Dangerous is a colossal pile of crap extending over 12 songs and more, also known as the musical demise of the pedophile.

Thank you, filthy pedophile, for stirring up the discussion with my girlfriend.

Imagine you turn on the stereo to relax after the classic crappy day, and you start to feel the singer’s soul flowing through your body.

"Heal the World" is incredible—the feeling of peace it gives you is unmatched, a true hymn to world peace.

It almost seems that after the separation, Mike lost his gritty 80s style to make way for the softer style that inevitably worsened over time.

Could it be the beginning of the decline?

This is certainly the best pop music album from 1991 until today.

'Heal the World' is one of the most beautiful songs in music history, it’s a moving piece.

"Dangerous can be considered the last, great album of the 'King of Pop.'"

"A record with hints of rock, funk, r n’ b, rap, and pop without being any of it, a record that sold millions of copies and can be considered Jackson’s last total masterpiece."
