It is a series of love poems of rare beauty accompanied by a dark, warm, and enveloping voice. At times it feels like being warmed by an invisible, impalpable, but extremely penetrating presence.

The influence of Mortiis is very heavy, and the keyboards are the real protagonists, weaving vivid melodies. Almost 40 minutes of real music made in the studio without too much fuss and expressed with heart more than with means.

Never before in these 40 minutes have such bright and clear images been generated through music. The screamed vocals are not the protagonist; the music of Drudkh is compact and harmoniously crafted to be unique and indivisible.

"It is airy music, Ambient to be precise, but with strong Folkloristic elements that make it less burdensome to listen to." "It is either appreciated for its imaginary landscape journeys or erased after 5 minutes due to the boredom it might cause."

Fjelltronen is a lesser-known ambient project by Sigurd Wongraven that offers a calm, folk-influenced soundscape. Featuring contributions from Ihsahn and subtle percussion, the album creates vivid imagery but may feel incomplete or boring to some. The length and predictability contribute to a mixed reception, appealing mostly to fans of atmospheric journeys. Listen to Fjelltronen for a unique blend of ambient and folkloric soundscapes from Sigurd Wongraven's solo project.
I have experienced with my eyes closed the materialization of images of untouched places and completely immersed in the most savage nature. An album with clear black shades like this one doesn’t transmit the typical sense of discomfort, misanthropy, depression, etc.

Once the CD finished, it left an indelible trace in my heart, I cannot get bored even though I’ve been listening to it a minimum of 2 times a week for a year. This track in my opinion is the most beautiful of the entire album, even though I don’t know if anyone cares.

The nightmare is the reality. A whisper that transforms into a scream. Anyone who hears 'Through Corridors Of Oppression' can't help but think they've heard the insistent motif from Chopin's Funeral March.

It seems absurd that untuned instruments can generate emotions so clearly identifiable. Cold, depression, pain... The voice is very often whispered, low, submissive, almost I would say resigned.

This 'Storm' left me very disappointed, turning out to be notably more fake than the previous 'Assembly.' It’s a shame to see her made up in a horrendous way in the 'Storm' video, while she tries to be sensual (not succeeding at all) moving like a drunk on the verge of a breakdown.

The review expresses disappointment with Theatre Of Tragedy's album Storm, especially following major lineup changes and previous weak releases. The robotic and flat male vocals, repetitive song structures, and poor musical cohesion overshadow Nell's promising female vocals. Despite the band's technical skills, the album lacks originality and fails to capture the band's earlier impactful style. The review also critiques the awkwardness of the music video and the band's stylistic choices. Discover why Theatre Of Tragedy's Storm divides fans—listen and decide if this comeback hits the mark or misses it.
