The elegiac Anal Cunt are the ultimate in terms of mellifluous melodies gracefully elevated to power. The idyll is even more effective if during the meditative listening you gulp down in the Gargarozzo an immense heap of Pane Frattau and a healthy scoop of Casu Marzu.

For what it’s worth, for me it’s one of the best Californian melodic hardcore albums. Nearly twenty-five years later, of that dull mess, it’s perhaps the only album whose tracks I remember and still listen to with pleasure today.

When someone gargles with muriatic acid, concrete nails, and the metal spheres of stainless steel bearings and then screams in your face with all the strength and wheezing desperation they possess 'STACCALASPINA', for me they are the undisputed champion of the entire (un)known universe in terms of elegiac assorted poetics. If those old baboons of the Royal Academy of Sciences lounged in plenary session in Stockholm had a minimal sense of art instead of awarding it to that old mouflon Roberto Dilano, they should have assigned it, even posthumously, to the indomitable Don Chuck Schuldiner.

It’s about basic issues that could facilitate and help everyone to gain greater awareness of the risks of careless and repeated exposure to the tropical sun. Too many Italians prefer to muddle themselves, remaining in the most absolute blindness of their obtuse skulls, effectively remaining completely unprogressed.

When you can’t place a group precisely and struggle to fit them into a predefined genre, it’s already something extremely positive. The tracks develop like persistent concentric mantras that progressively thicken, elevating us beyond the chronosphere.

On this front, I must say I have been thoroughly disappointed: however, I find that Ozzy Osbourne has never sung so well, as in this version of "Paranoid", and I mean at least since 1971. In short: the album theoretically sucks but, in practice, I really like it.

The only authentic way to pretend to celebrate these dark days... is to feed the greedy jaws with something inexorably and immeasurably heavenly & divine. A tempestuous maelstrom of sweet-bitter Dulcinea roars that will reset your taste-bud neuron erasing everything you have ravenously bitten into up to that moment.

The album may well be the best example of mainstream grind of Austro-sideral level, but, it pains me to say it, the title is wrong. "Extreme conditions demand extreme responses" – but the cycle of extremism can become confusing and counterproductive.

The review discusses Brutal Truth's debut album 'Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses' as a seminal grindcore release from 1992. While the music remains intense and influential, the reviewer questions the logic behind the album's title. The review blends metaphorical reasoning with musical critique, acknowledging the album's impact but challenging its thematic message. Listen to Brutal Truth's intense debut and decide if extreme conditions really demand extreme responses!
Those comfortably seated on stools, with candles and lights as a corollary, are not, were not, and will never be the Nirvana. In this truly intense and elegantly beautiful concert, the trio offers several urgent versions of pieces from the just-released album, the debut work Bleach and the earlier EP Blew.
