The album didn't reach me, quite the opposite. The main problem of every, literally every, track is the combo of lead vocals and backing vocals, which I find really out of place and, to say the least, irritating.

Typhoons, Royal Blood's third album, displays excellent production and strong bass lines that mark a stylistic evolution. However, the reviewer finds the vocals consistently irritating and unsuitable, which undermines the album's promise. Despite some standout tracks, the album overall feels repetitive and fails to connect emotionally. The work leans too much towards pop, weakening its rock foundation. Discover the sound of Royal Blood's Typhoons and decide if the vocals hold up to the powerful production.
