The Smiths - The Headmaster Ritual

belligerent ghouls run Manchester schools

Ash - Oh Yeah (Official HD Video)
The single bought before the album I mentioned in the previous listening.

I'd Give You Anything (2008 Remastered Version)

In the last few days, I've been listening to this CD quite a lot, now worn from use (it will soon turn 25 as well). 1977 by Ash is one of my favorite albums from that golden period, one of the most underrated, even though it had a nice success. When it was released, Tim Wheeler and the others were not even 20 years old. Yet, just listen to it. Post-punk/garage/alternative, massive guitars, pushed to the limit, an album that goes down smooth like a gin and tonic from start to finish. There isn't a dull moment. They inevitably ended up in the Britpop circle, which was at its peak, but they were never enthusiastic about it, they were rough Northern Irish. Before buying the album, I bought the single OH Yeah, another song worth noting, one of the best. A special edition for the 25th anniversary will be coming out soon. Enjoy it and get whipped if you’ve never listened to it (I’m speaking to my peers).

OS TRIBALISTAS - JÁ SEI NAMORAR

#TheBrazilianVariant

It was the year...2003.
What do I have to do with this song?
Absolutely nothing, but that summer I was literally enchanted by it.
To this day, it's my favorite NON-English song. (considering that my favorite non-English songs will be 2 in total...I’d say it's an excellent result).

blink-182 - What's My Age Again?

I took her out, it was a Friday night
I wore cologne to get the feeling right
We started making out and she took off my pants
But then I turned on the TV
And that's about the time she walked away from me

Come on, who hasn't sung this intro at least once back in the day? Come forward.

Confessioni shock parte 2: I have the single CD
(And the album too)❤️

Ocean Colour Scene - The Riverboat Song

Here we go, it’s 25 for her too.
I remember ordering Moseley Shoals from my trusted store when it was released, and they had it shipped directly from England.
Another iconic album for me.

What do you think, young colleagues of serious stuff? @[Farnaby]

Al Wilson - The snake

A bit of northern soul before I retreat to my rooms.

Don McLean- American Pie (with Lyrics)
03-02-1959.
Anniversary of the plane crash that killed Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, and JP Richardson.

The day the music died.
