Neil Young has also joined the fight of the Native Americans at Standing Rock, North Dakota. On the day of his 71st birthday, the Canadian singer-songwriter posted on his Facebook profile a message of support for the hundreds of people who have been protesting for months against the construction of a pipeline that would destroy the sacred lands of the Sioux tribes. Young called on Barack Obama, asking him to intervene to 'immediately stop the violence against the peaceful water protectors of Standing Rock.' 'The protesters are protecting the planet's natural resources, but also the right of Native Americans to sovereignty over their lands,' the artist wrote. Neil Young then addressed the elected President Trump: 'He said he doesn't believe in climate change or the threat it poses to human survival,' the singer-songwriter wrote. And then that "China Cat" is unique, priceless, the uncopyable style, unless we redo (I don't rule it out for a next reincarnation ;) ) the Grateful Dead.
