Lacrimas Profundere Songs For The Last View

Oh what a shame! I was waiting for the review or at least some information about this album; I loved them a lot and, like you, I found Memorandum to be the best thing. Boo-oo!
I found your review good, but a couple of times the syntax stumbles (e.g., hoping the Germans "return"). Great definition of the rhythmic and dreamy vibes. Rob's voice, for a woman, is sexy! And he's not bad either, so, imitating the male gentlemen who always rate the hot women here on Debaser, I say: Hotness Rating: 4. Raul Bova is better looking than him, hehe.

I don't know this CD, but I have the other one which is amazing, atmospheric, completely unusual, gothic-fairytale-like I would say. Well done, friends. Thank you for the tip and I'm hurrying to buy this! Bye bye bye and bye

Overall, a good review despite the somewhat heavy style (read: exhausting). Takk is my favorite album; I've never drooled over another one as much.

Dear my MAH! Let's do some math. How much do flip-flops cost? A couple of bucks. Sunscreen? Not much. What about coffins and funerals, though? Thousands of euros, and keep in mind that these are "luxury" goods and services that even the most hard-pressed are unfortunately forced to buy. Do you see? The Esoteric would do much more for the uplift of Avril Lavigne's economy, with the added benefit that the survivors would only be very balanced people. Eeeeh... I have to think of everything!

Provide enough elements to frame the type of music and the individual tracks for those who are unfamiliar with the band, and your enthusiasm really shines through, which is always a good thing. However, the overall tone strikes me as a bit like a school essay. Probably, as you continue to write reviews, you’ll feel increasingly free to express yourself outside of precise and academic conventions. I hope you’ll review this genre, namely the most beautiful, beautiful, very beautiful, hehe. Welcome!

And your review brings joy to readers... it’s clear that the pleasure flows in waves, from the music to you, from you to us... well done, thank you for this beautiful text. Did you know that on July 12th, 13th, and 14th the Sigur Rós are performing in Italy, in the north, the center, and Rome?
After living in England for 10 years, I must say that the perspective we Italians have of the northern countries is quite idealized. Perfect for a review, of course, but I’m sure that living in the dark and cold with limited cultural stimuli, with people who are probably reserved and provincial, if not emotionally cold like most Northerners, isn’t the best. The atmospheres... that’s another story; here in Italy, they have been predominantly destroyed by reckless construction, as well as overcrowding, especially in the more industrialized regions.

Well written despite a few typos (like "un po" without the apostrophe), it effectively conveys the main idea and the impact that this genre has, with the comparison to Etna, for example, but a couple of different considerations or a mention of the arrangements and instruments would have been nice in my opinion.
@MAH!: I'll tell you: if notes of drone-doom music instead of pitiful little tunes and disco music suitable, of course, for the nightclub and dancing, came out from bars, ice cream carts, waiting rooms, subway platforms, stores, and all those places now infested with unwanted sounds, I would enjoy summer much more: if nothing else, in this type of music there is an attempt to engage; from what little I know and appreciate of the genre, I can tell you that I'd prefer the forced listening of Shape of Despair over that of Fabri Fibra et similia. And if music could return to being a personal domain rather than imposed, in this globalization with the resulting flattening of musical taste... eh, that would be truly wonderful.

It's short... it's incomplete... but it's too beautiful not to give you a 5. Please, listen to gothic from now on, so you can keep writing these prose poems about my favorite genre. Come on, it's a genre that inspires melancholy, poetry is always melancholic, and your prose is poetic. So...
Dark Funeral Attera Totus Sanctus

Well-written, full of vehemence and capable of stimulating a broad debate. I intrude into it despite knowing nothing personally about boys, studs, and upside-down crosses, since I haven't been young for a while, and yet it seems to me that among the aforementioned categories - listeners who believe in that music and others who follow it because it's transgressive and fashionable - we should also add those who seek a reflection of their own discomfort in a certain type of music, black, doom, darkwave, whether it talks about Satan or glorifies cutting one's veins. These messages, the explosive energy of some bands' music or conversely, the measured anguish of others, can be an expression of their psychological and/or social distress, and thus part of their identification with the musical genre. Scandalizing the old lady is just the backdrop. I personally started listening to Autumn Tears during a difficult period in my life, a time that if it hadn't arrived would not have pushed me to seek sounds and lyrics of that kind.
I would also like to say something about the vilified Cradle, namely that in my opinion they are technically skilled, truly passionate, and that poor Dani knows he might end up with a ruined throat for life, yet he gives it his all regardless; therefore, his music may be liked or not, but I get the impression that he believes in it wholeheartedly, and for that reason, he should be respected just as anyone who puts passion into their work or activities in general.

Not bad, and not memorable either because it stays generic with an emphasis on the nostalgic factor. I listened to several tracks, and I agree that only Via Dolorosa stands out, but even that doesn’t have the power and originality of the things from the past. Adios Tiamat.
