Dream Theater Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence
Voto:
The suite of the second CD is, in my opinion, one of the best things they have done (even though it would have been better to use a real orchestra in the overture), but great also are The Glass Prison and Misunderstood.
Gentle Giant Acquiring the taste
Voto:
This is one of those albums I listen to when I want to escape with my imagination; one of my favorite bands and I prefer them above all in the 70s progressive scene: GREAT!
Keith Jarrett The Köln Concert
Voto:
I don't listen to much jazz, but after hearing the first few minutes of the first track, I realized that this is one of the best albums I've ever listened to; wow, it's incredible how it gets under your skin with that piano. It's one of those records that makes you want to listen to more from the same artist, what a discovery! Congratulations!!

Paul Gilbert is an amazing shredder, no doubt about it, and this album oozes energy from every groove... however, second heat is something else...
Guns N' Roses Appetite for destruction
Voto:
this is the opposite of a great review. :-(
John Petrucci Suspended Animation
Voto:
I prefer Petrucci to Malmsteen; I think he's a more complete guitarist (at least for the genre he plays...). Anyway, this album is nice but has some dull spots... good review.
Yngwie Malmsteen Trilogy
Voto:
Well, jettojet, Malmsteen has done some great things in the past, but your latest statement is really exaggerated: "in front of a piece like this, any electric guitarist, virtuoso or not, would fall; if I were a professional guitarist, I would hang up my guitar," do you realize what you've said?
Harem Scarem Mood Swing
Voto:
Well, fantastic! My absolute favorite melodic hard rock band. If you like this album, I would recommend, in addition to the already mentioned debut, the 2002 album "Weight of the World," with more modern sounds but still an outstanding compositional skill...
Alter Bridge One Day Remains
Voto:
not a bad album, the review is a bit brief...
