The problem isn’t Ligabue, but the two hundred thousand who go to his concert. If there were a thousand, as happens at concerts, I don't know, of Pupo or Tony Dallara, everything would be in the right perspective. That a mediocre artist has this kind of exposure and can do concerts, films, books, when there are hundreds of talented bands and soloists in the world who have lost their contracts or are barely making it with tiny labels, is... annoying.

The world is full of dubious characters, and the stores are filled with well-played records. I'm talking about the anger that the MUSICAL idolization of a mediocre MUSICIAN stirs in me. I can even imagine, I don’t know, that Jimmy Page is a shitty, racist, fascist pervert with bad breath, but musically he is my idol (today satisfied and tired, of course). The guy who mixes Vasco's records was my bassist and he also mixed (poorly) one of our demos in 1990. Thanks for the clarification about Solieri. I am not your dear friend.
