The Doors L.A. Woman

And instead, I like it. My third favorite album by the Doors. Different from all the others but very captivating.

The Eagles Their Greatest Hits, 1972-75
Voto:
In short, the Eagles have never really impressed me: the vocal harmonies and this kind of country music (which is as "American" as it gets) are not my thing. However, I must admit that Hotel California is one of the songs I belt out the most in the shower. Great review!
The Beach Boys Pet Sounds
Voto:
The beach boys weren't fools. The beach boys released the harmonious crafted songs in 1966. The beach boys brought out Pet Sounds. Try it to believe it.
Emerson, Lake & Palmer Tarkus
Voto:
I've never really appreciated Emerson, Lake & Palmer much; their self-indulgent assaults are too much for me (though I must admit that Lake has a fantastic voice). However, not long ago I learned to appreciate the less pompous of their albums: Trilogy. That one isn't bad. Tarkus, on the other hand, is an endless source of frustration for me (forgive the vulgarity).
Simple Minds Life In A Day
Voto:
what a crappy review I wrote! I even went way overboard with the rating.
Simple Minds Sons And Fascination
Voto:
The Simple Minds are legendary. Honestly, I wouldn’t know which to choose between this and New Gold Dream: both are masterpieces to me. However, Sister Feelings Call complements Sons; you were wrong to review them separately. Nice review.
Gwen Stefani The Sweet Escape

I never understood all the hype surrounding the release of the previous album. It seemed like we were faced with a masterpiece, but to me it always felt like just fluff (and then the No Doubt... oh my!). What a strange effect the new homepage has!
Genesis Selling England By The Pound
Voto:
"can you tell me where my country lies?" beautiful album, just a step below Foxtrot in my opinion. Firth of Fifth has always driven me crazy. the review is well-written and well-crafted.
