Well, what can I say... who hasn't spent years on a scooter with someone else? A detached review of an album that is certainly a gamble to review! Brave and bold.
Nine Inch Nails The Fragile

I want to clarify that my comments weren't an attack on you, but rather a general discourse aimed at a certain intellectual-snobbish criticism :).. I agree with you that The Fragile is not an absolute masterpiece, as The Downward Spiral can be considered; however, I appreciate the immense work behind this double album and I don't find it boring at all.. come on, it's almost encyclopedic; a double CD with quality standards like these is, for me, an enormous effort, a risky commercial choice, and a break with the past nine inch nails era made up of just a few real albums and numerous EPs/remixes.. A curiosity.. what do you think about "the downward spiral"?

Certainly, the industrial sound of Einstürzende Neubauten is what kicked off industrial music in Europe, even though I see much of the early Ministry in Nine Inch Nails. Anyway, back to the German band, don’t come to me saying they haven’t made boring albums. I'm a big fan of Einstürzende Neubauten and Nine Inch Nails, but it bothers me that the former are considered untouchable and wrapped in that haughty air of supposed intellectuality that always elevates them to the pantheon of the untouchables.
Muse Black Holes And Revelations
Voto:
Too bad, these three Englishmen will never make the leap in quality. Muse have always alternated good ideas (Sunburst, Citizen Erased) with colossal excesses (Time is Running Out and, indeed, Starlight); for this reason, I've never been fully convinced by them. They are nonetheless a band that is truly noteworthy live, with a showman Bellamy who moves from piano to guitar to vocals in the blink of an eye.
Limp Bizkit Chocolate Starfish

Basically, Limp Bizkit are like a more pop-friendly Korn and a more rap-oriented Rage Against The Machine. But what the hell kind of sentence is that? As cringeworthy as the band in question.

But why do metal masterpieces ALWAYS have to suffer this thankless treatment from their fans? I agree. Let's say that certain albums shouldn't be reviewed by minors :) just kidding, but I’ll still give it a 1.

great alfredo.. and doctor j (how could I forget the nin!!!)!
primiballi, I don’t want to sound snobbish, but I’m afraid you might not have even considered the 90s, out of principle or who knows what.. the musical content of the 90s, in my opinion and for the bands that had something to say, becomes less immediate to listen to and understand.. Sonic Youth in the USA and My Bloody Valentine in England reinvented the language of the guitar, Slint redefined the boundaries of rock trying to break free from it.. the early 90s (and the late 80s) were, in my opinion, fundamental and still (sorely) unexplored! In this regard, I recommend "Post Rock e Oltre," by Eddy Cilia, an excellent analytical book on all the music that remained behind the scenes in the '90s. ciao

I see, we're twenty years old, don't be a pain in the ass :):) Just kidding, but you really sound a bit like a sage, like the kind who says there aren't any good groups anymore, it's all crap now... I think you're nostalgic for the good old days and you listened to the best music when you were twenty too... God bless you.
