Well, I think you're too 'generous' with the ratings. Giving 4 stars (which is a high score in my opinion) for a 7-rated album seems really excessive to me, because a 7 is just a passing grade, not excellence.

Listen Crow, don’t be a wise guy and don’t poke me because so far I’ve kept a calm tone (must be the Sunday effect). I’ve always sucked at math, but in this case I really couldn’t care less about math because it has nothing to do with it. FOR ME, the 3 stars range from 6.5 to 7.5 (because 3 stars means a good album but nothing more), so 3.5 for me equals 7.5, since the threshold for 4 stars (so excellent album but not a masterpiece) starts at 8 and goes up to 9. So, for me, you can 'round up' a 7.5 to 4 stars, got it?

I haven't listened to the album properly yet, but it seems to me like a good emo rock record. Anyway, good review, even though for me 7/10 is equivalent to 3 stars and not 4.

Come on, maybe you've let the 'unfavorable' situation get to you, but there's muuuuch worse out there (at least in my opinion) ;) P.S.: But then if you've only listened to one album and, by the way, you don't even know which one, why do you give 1 to all their albums?
