@ Alessandra, it’s a little story that our Kiko seems to have written when he was small, as Bartolo mentioned somewhere!

Praf Donnie, Ten is really a nice record, although if you don't know them, you should definitely listen to Young Team, their masterpiece!

Uhm, I don’t think My Bloody Valentine have much to do with it at all, maybe a few more ethereal moments here and there, but besides that, they don't have much in common :) One thing they do share, though, is a love for the wall of sound!

Thanks for the advice, Panicuzzo, I'll give it a try! :) Anyway, yeah, this album either sucks big time or causes erections. Yeah!

Damn, forgive me but I was so into it that I couldn't help but write something :D They run the risk of falling into cloning what has been done in the past a few times, but in my view, they pull it off with a refreshing sound and yes, a bit of cleverness that definitely makes the album more approachable and "catchy". Come on, they've never done something this unpretentious :D It's great that there are various opinions about this little record anyway, long live the polyhedrality of perspectives. How wonderful. Kisses to everyone* :)

Ah, the producer is Paul Savage, the same one from Ten Rapid. I believe his presence must have had an impact :)

Anyway, I’m struggling a lot. By the third listen I was still stuck on the terrible verdict, then from one day to the next Rano Pano got stuck in my head and since then it’s been love. Bartolo, I find the sounds of this record fantastic :D

Oh yes, the last of the Aucan. It has little to do with their early days, you really feel very little of the original math rock. And for me, that’s a bad thing. They’ve shifted more towards a crossover between the poppier Battles and the Crookers, if I can make a rather bold statement. Nothing terrible, though; I just think I’ve lost them :)
