I may be ignorant, but the only pre-1900 artist who manages to convey something to me is Wagner. No offense to him, you know :D
Laghetto Sonate in bu minore per quattrocento scimmiette urlanti
Voto:
Wow! I discovered Laghetto back when I was getting into punk in my youth (four years ago after all). At the time, I dismissed them, but with a more trained mind, I understood their value and began to appreciate them. Oh, yes.
Nine Inch Nails Discipline
Voto:
mmm the digression on Radiohead and co. was definitely avoidable. Ah, what does "a track with all the crismi" mean? :D
Klaus Schulze Picture Music

Motorpsycho Little Lucid Moments
Voto:
yes exactly...the electric version is on the EP, the other one on the thing that says vortex (what a nice nickname, I haven't told you yet!). I'm only just reading the question now. I was preparing the review of a few EPs, by the way. you'll see it soon :D
Efterklang Parades

Tim Burton Sleepy Hollow
Voto:
ah how nice it is to blow on the embers. as a child, the story of the headless knight used to really unsettle me, especially because at the end of my little countryside lane there’s (or rather there was, now the trees have been somewhat trimmed) a forest with branches that closed off the sky like a tunnel, and when I went out to school on winter mornings, looking down there I always had a bit of fear of seeing the wicked one appear. the runs I used to make! Port, you said "dichotomous"! little slap! Oops, I said it too! little slap for me as well! :D
Motorpsycho Black Hole/Blank Canvas
Voto:
mmm, lately I've been a bit re-evaluating it. It's not that bad. But maybe just one album, getting rid of useless stuff like LTEC, before the flood, sancho says, trixteene and putting bonnie lee in there, would have been phenomenal. oh well, patience.
