Napalm Death The Peel Sessions
Voto:
@Fidia: perhaps it’s precisely because they have remained true to themselves all these years that they are enjoying a certain re-evaluation, as you say. I’ve never listened to this, and I don’t think I will; the masterpieces of Napalm are elsewhere!
Soulfly Dark Ages
Voto:
Even harder than "Prophecy," and perhaps that's why it takes a bit longer to absorb it. Aside from the third album (or "3"), Soulfly have always hit the mark!
Jane's Addiction Kettle whistle
Voto:
It's what I listen to the least by Jane's, but "Three Days" live is almost better than the studio version. Has anyone happened to hear the new work by Panic Channel, Navarro's new band?
Ramones It's Alive
Voto:
Damn, it still hadn't been reviewed! It rightfully entered the ranks of the best live performances in history, super fast, pop, raw, fun, and relentless, a masterpiece! Iside, what did your wife have against the Ramones brothers? Did she randomly find out they were doing drugs?
Foo Fighters Skin And Bones
Voto:
One of the most useless bands of recent years! I still miss the interviews from the early '90s where a very shy Dave Grohl would almost stutter in response to a journalist's questions, not that clown he would become later. But as a drummer, he still holds his ground!
Porno For Pyros Good God's Urge
Voto:
Damn, what a review, really well done Don! It's one of the CDs I listen to the most (especially in the summer, given its mood), and even though it was released 10 years ago, it shows no signs of aging. The CD recorded at Zuma Beach has a spectacular exotic touch. Basically, it's to be enjoyed with incense burning and candles lit, and maybe a surfboard hanging on the wall...
Wolfango Wolfango
Voto:
Damn Bisius, are you omnipresent?? But what happened to those two losers? I lost track of them after "Stagnola," their second album...
Iron Maiden Death On The Road
Voto:
But how many fucking "naturally" did you put in??
...And You Will Know Us by the Trail Of Dead So Divided
Voto:
In short, a piece of crap! Well, "Worlds Apart" didn't impress me either...
Stone Temple Pilots Purple
Voto:
More than resembling "Even Flow," it was practically half copied for me! But it's known that at the beginning, the STP certainly didn't shine for originality, and indeed the most recurring criticism for them was exactly that. With the subsequent albums, they would refute much of the criticism.
