The Mars Volta De-Loused In The Comatorium

Oh, fottermeier or whatever your name is, the point is there are indispensable things. Let me explain, you can say you don't like this album because it’s objectively a difficult record and might be challenging for many (even though it’s their most "ear-friendly" and accessible album), but if you say it’s an unlistenable mess, you don’t understand anything about music because the vocal lines on this record are catchy and memorable very, very easily. You can say that "cicatriz" is a bit too long and that noisy and "psychedelic" part could have been spared, but if you say that "de-loused..." is an unlistenable mess, I don't believe you listen to Zappa since this album is much, much easier than "hot rats," which is one of the easiest Zappa records, got it?

The reality, in my opinion, is that at this concert many people want to see things that aren't there: anger, despair, and frustration—I don't see any. I will always believe that the best unplugged will always be that of Alice in Chains. Nirvana was a good band; the suicide did the rest. I know it sounds like a blasphemy, but I think this concert is beautiful, but it's nothing more than a really nice concert. True art is elsewhere.

nick: okay, your 5% objectivity about music makes you say that Pablo Honey is pop (for me it's indie, but let’s not be nitpickers). My 95% subjectivity tells me that a song like High and Dry doesn't reach a Stop Whispering. And if an album sells a lot, it doesn’t mean it's pop; everyone who bought Kid A in the US did so because they thought they were going to find another OK Computer, and they were sorely disappointed. For me, The Bends is pop, and pop is not a derogatory term (I really love Is This It by The Strokes, which is pop turned into disco, just saying). I'm just saying that in terms of research, of "experimentation" (even though I dislike talking about experimentation with Radiohead) and the desire to go "beyond," The Bends is the album that loses out compared to the others.

The review is nice and okay, but you're a legend just for your nickname, Aristarco scannabue: a fictional character created by the Enlightenment thinker Giuseppe Baretti to criticize the hypocrisy and ignorance of his fellow Venetians (he was from Venice, right?). I'm not as gruesome as I seem.

So: nickghost... to me saying that The Bends is the worst album by Radiohead doesn't seem like a joke, The Bends is definitely the most pop album, and Radiohead don’t deserve to be a pop group, they're too ahead to make pop albums, which is why I think The Bends is the worst. Viva lì, what the hell does being from Puglia have to do with it!!!!??? No, really, what the hell does it have to do with it? With that phrase, you’ve shown an incredible level of ignorance, but anyway, I’ll respond anyway. In my opinion, this review is crap because it forgot a guitarist (and the most important of the two) because it said that Thom's voice on this album is terrible (but have you only heard the acoustic version of Creep once?) and because it said this album is hard to find when I’ve seen it everywhere, but maybe I found it because humanitarian aid arrived here in Puglia earlier this year. Oh, one last thing: what the hell is a stuffy nasal voice??

I almost forgot: this review is crap! Anyway, in my opinion, the worst Radiohead album is The Bends, and it's not true that Thom's voice here is terrible! I mean, I believe you don't understand a damn thing.
