Mel Gibson Apocalypto

I really liked this film, maybe because there’s a resonance between "trucido" and "truculento"... but what the hell, the plot is already "inconsistent," you put it all out there... you can't do that.
Ephel Duath Pain Remixes The Known
Voto:
I disagree, the CD is a collection of remixes (already an unusual thing for a "metal" band) and the result is at least interesting (the arpeggio midway through the third track is worth the purchase alone). Anyway, we are talking about one of the most interesting Italian bands at the moment. I understand that there are people who don't appreciate these evolutions. Ephel Duath are a crazy and innovative band that is hard to keep up with, even though some of their outbursts can be difficult to assimilate for me too. However, it's not all to be thrown away.
Alejandro Jodorowsky Santa Sangre
Voto:
a beautiful film... really, too bad that in my opinion it’s even among Jodorowsky’s worst works (The Holy Mountain is unmatched). The film was also honored by At the Drive-In, who named their first demo El Gran Orgo (those who have seen the film will understand). A few words, many actions; that’s how masterpieces are reviewed.
Don Caballero World Class Listening Problem
Voto:
yea, a new album from Don Caballero, I'm getting it even if it sucks. wow, great news. but who's playing on it, besides Demon, some unknown people?
Brant Bjork & The Bros Somera Sòl
Voto:
I had never heard of this album, but usually I don't like solo projects; in fact, they kind of disgust me. However, you mentioned only big names in music, so you piqued my curiosity, but you could have said a bit more about the album.
Alice In Chains Facelift
Voto:
I just realized that love hate love is probably the song I’ve listened to the most in my life... yeah, I know you couldn’t care less.
The Dillinger Escape Plan Ire Works
Voto:
Damn...where did you read this? Alright, let's keep it between us...I can't stand Pulciato, him and his buff body...anyway, this album is amazing, for me it's one of the best releases of 2007...I’ll give it a 5 too.
Living Colour Time's Up
Voto:
Great review for a band I haven't really explored much (I've only listened to this)....it has nothing to do with Living Colour, but I recommend you find the live version of "Love Rears Its Ugly Head" by Quintorigo...it's amazing.
Alice in Chains Sap
Voto:
The title of the EP is said to have been dreamed one night by the drummer, and anyway, it wasn't just any day when Layne died... April 5th... the same day as Kurt Cobain, except that Cobain was found on the 8th and Layne two weeks later... and on that day, all the teenagers mourn the blond angel of my balls... adolescence is a terrible disease. It might not be a widely shareable outburst, but that's how I feel. Great review, Bran, for a masterpiece EP.

This album is their best in my opinion... I understand your criticisms (track number 3 starts off sounding like it's sung by Patton and then degenerates into something that feels like a new, even more commercial single from Linkin Park, but the rest of the album is fantastic in my view). The piece that closes the album is a masterpiece; there's one of the Mastodon in a song, and it spans across a thousand genres and subgenres which is a pleasure... I can't stop listening to it. Anyway, great review!
