Devon, what are your first two reviews? I want to go read them.

Yes, Devon, I agree. The sound has always come from the touch, not the guitar.

Indeed, the fuzz distortion after the '70s has been somewhat overlooked. But just think about how it was used by the likes of Gilmour and Hendrix!

Ah, ok, if we're talking about Schuldiner, I agree with you, Dev.

No devon, you're wrong, it wasn't Lukather doing that solo.

Grasshopper, do you live in Florence? Wow, that's beautiful, Florence is definitely the city that fascinates me the most, among the (few) I've seen. Congratulations on Florence and your incredibly fortunate audience.

Uh, it was actually a joke. :-)

Fantastic, we have a new great reviewer. Go all out, Grass, don't worry if some idiot insults you for no reason—this happens a lot on this site. A tip: next time, exclude anonymous comments. Oh, if you’d like, you can also fill out your profile page, where you can talk about yourself or the music and albums you like. Welcome!

Ah, okay perfect, sorry. This perspective of yours didn’t come through in the review.

Sorry, Leonid, I will frankly tell you my opinion. The fact that you set up the review this way, trying to preempt the usual (well-founded) criticisms of this music makes me ponder. I believe there are works worthy of being called extreme experiments, and others on which I would have more doubts. The boundary of the ridiculous in grindcore, as far as I’ve heard, is getting closer to the boundary of extreme experimentation, also because experimenting often coincides with something cerebral, thought-out, almost a scientific research. Something I can't find in this genre.
