So, two things:
1) Everyone wants to sell, more or less, even Gentle Giant or Primus, but that doesn't mean their music is commercial.

2) Tom, what the hell are you saying? If there’s a commercial album by Pink Floyd, that’s Piper... I hadn't heard such nonsense in a while; this bullshit is on par with the best of Poletti. Can you explain where it’s commercial? Can you explain how it’s more commercial than all the albums from Dark Side onwards? Do you even realize?

Alright. It's well done. Alright. This is the fourth one. Rock Bottom is known by everyone by now. It would be nice if someone reviewed the albums that Wyatt made before, albums that I (and others) don't know. But with Rock Bottom, they’re sure to head to the left side.

When I said that these are the wrong topics, I meant that discussions about how much to give to Gilmour and how much to Waters are becoming pointless. For a superfan high on Pink Floyd, it’s surely entertaining. But only for him. I prefer to focus on discussions about the music itself and what I feel. I treat Pink Floyd as a global group when it comes to their compositions, at least while they were all together. The result of the separation between Waters and Gilmour was that both of their compositions lost much of their bite, charm, and originality. And that should make us think. I couldn’t care less about the composition percentages of Sheep. It’s Pink Floyd. That’s enough for me.
