I heard that all the eMule servers went down for 10 minutes when a rather bold guy tried to share the entire Poletti encyclopedia.

Starting with the aforementioned sentence, I believe there is a limit to expressing one’s opinions. In the sense that I can say that, in my opinion, Geddy Lee was a good bassist with groove and creativity. It’s different if I say that Geddy Lee is the inventor of the fretless and the innovator of tapping, which are genuine nonsense. You have definitely crossed this limit.

"It's the debut of a band that has reinvented rock, giving the bass a dominant position in their songs and making their genre anything but pop." Sorry, I'm stopping here and not reading the rest because today I've already laughed enough.

Oh yes, Ringo Starr, the first of the first in the Poletti encyclopedia, so much so that the illustrious author states: "With Ringo Starr, the drums moved away from the canons of Jazz to reach new shores made of funk groove, massive use of bass drum and toms, and dizzying tempo changes that even the best Nick Mason could not have imagined."

It's all the fault of the Beatles Fidia, to whom Poletti has dedicated 200 pages.

"The Finley fall into the post-war-hard-pop-trash category."-----> exactly, and along with them (according to Poletti's words) there would be: Fintroll, Eugenio Finardi, Robin Fink, and Fiona Apple. Same label, Fininvest. But it's metal of the hard kind...

Sure, I've consulted the encyclopedia: Lou Reed is the quintessential punk singer. I quote precisely what Poletti writes in the encyclopedia: "If we wanted to musically transpose the attitude of the film Saturday Night Fever, we would find in Lou Reed the reincarnation of the disco-dance spirit, which still influences the post-musical avant-gardes of the early millennium, from Timo Maas to Radiohead."

Oh wait a minute... The singer of Subsonica isn't part of the new age culture, the same one that influenced Enya, Brian Eno, and everyone whose name starts with En? Sorry, I've been having a bit of trouble with music genres lately, ever since I got the Poletti encyclopedia.

"Do you remember when we were kids and we used to fight with the local tough guy?" ---> I remember it well.
"Do you also remember that right after we would become friends, close as can be, chatting and having a couple of beers?" ---------> I remember that detail a bit less.
"Which one of us was the tough guy?" -----> Can I ask Poletti for help? Although he will almost certainly say that Lou Reed is the tough guy.
