What? Does indie have a style? Honestly, today everything is labeled as indie. And I mean everything. And even under the definition of Alternative, you find all sorts of stuff. In my opinion, it's impossible in principle to define music, so labels only have the task of giving a vague idea. And the emo label is ridiculous for both today's bands and historical ones because "emotional" or "emotive," as you said before, is music in its entirety, so... A curiosity: am what is the EBH?

don’t get angry, I’m the first to say that there’s no such thing as the musical genre “emo,” but there is a scene, and by emo scene, I mean all the bands that are heavily promoted by the “alternative” press and labeled as emo, and that generally share the same fanbase. Moreover, the discussion we have about the emo label could easily apply to indie or alternative, etc. Labels should be taken for what they are, labels. Then it’s up to each of us to listen to the album and form our own idea of the “genre”…
