Odra, the rose god, left me with another impression: the ugliness of the line "what does love mean when it's made by machines." Catchy, for sure, but worn out, overused, and already heard. Perhaps they sound more pleasant on record; for now, they lack the stage presence to perform live adequately.

To everyone else: thank you. The mogwai have never blown my mind either, but this concert was truly phenomenal, and not just because of them.

ah, punisher. I’ve been waiting for you. Yes. I couldn't wait any longer. But look, I hardly slept last night. You were at the concert, right? Did you see the atmosphere? Did you see the fog that came down just as the mogwai started? Did you see the Oscar-worthy (Pulitzer, Nobel, Strega, as long as it’s an award!) work that the lighting tech did? You saw it, didn’t you? Come on, put it into words for me.

So you review this stuff just because you want to be recognized for a certain courage? You're contradicting yourself a bit... Coming on Debaser to enthusiastically review Take That, for the umpteenth time, for me is and remains pure martyrdom. Just my opinion, eh. Then "you editors" has nothing to do with it.

It's not about being against common morality (and what does that even mean???), it's not so much about wanting to be contrary... it's pure martyrdom spirit.

You may write well, but in my opinion, you are definitely destined for martyrdom.

I heard a few songs live a few months ago. The title alone is quite a statement. Let's hope the album brings them back on tour around here.
