What can I say about this album? One of my three favorite works by De André, I should give it a 5, but it has a flaw in the overused "verranno a chiederti del nostro amore," while it is tremendously prophetic in "sogno N° 2" (today a judge like me asks the power if it wants to be judged, you are the power do you want to be acquitted or condemned?).

well, it's not a matter of genres, but rather about arrangements; in the years '76/'77, for example, they put violins everywhere, even in disco music tracks. I think that nowadays, beautiful songs like "le beatitudini" by Gaetano or "luci a San Siro" by Vecchioni (for instance) sound tremendously outdated. As for Battisti, I would recommend a thorough re-reading of the lyrics with Mogol (even for you, my dear angel, gente per bene, gente per male, l'aquila, i giardini di marzo) just to name a few examples. bye
