Too short a review. The album isn't among my favorites (the Zep are in a league of their own), but it deserved a few more words.

Great album, not the best episode but after all it’s a soundtrack. Incredible that it’s so underrated, it’s true, there are some negligible tracks, but there are also absolute gems like Green is the Colour and Cirrus Minor not to mention Crying Song, simply fabulous. I’m not sure about the review; I’m not thrilled by those particular ones, but yours is well-written and might just be perfect for an album like this. Well done.

@charley: I understand you, I could also go on at length with reviews, and I've done so in the past, but we need to put ourselves in the shoes of the reader, and a 40-line review is not exactly what you would call an inviting read..

I'm glad that it takes so little for you to laugh "an anonymous person who just woke up now."

Once again, congratulations on the review—precise, clear, and easy to read. Lately, this site needs reviews like this (it's no coincidence that it’s among the selected reviews...).

In the journey of a well-rounded artist like him, there are similar episodes. One thinks of Lou Reed's "Coney Island Baby," an album of an almost unbelievable lightness for such an artist. This record, as you masterfully say, is carefree and sunny, expressing all the lightheartedness of that period in his life. From this perspective, it also seems to be the alter ego of Reed's "Coney Island," which is incredible. I have nothing more to add; you have said it all perfectly.

This album expresses absolute perfection in rock music. Its near-perfect quality understandably makes it unappealing to many; I myself prefer Wish You Were Here, but one cannot say it is overrated. But have you ever listened to it with your eyes closed, without reading the lyrics? This album is a journey.
