Rush Permanent Waves
Voto:
Great review, Rush are truly an amazing band. One flaw: Geddy Lee's voice, not exactly pleasant to listen to. Otherwise, they would probably be the greatest band in history (or one of them).

Whoever said it’s incredibly boring is right.. oh my goodness! And this, is usually recognized as one of its best albums, right? 3, just for the respect.
Elisa Then Comes The Sun
Voto:
Alright, BLACK METAL, you can't say that Elisa sings badly, obviously. If your nickname expresses your favorite music genre, it doesn't mean you don’t like her, but saying she sings badly is not valid, because there are objective parameters by which it's possible to distinguish good singing, parameters that can't be argued against. As for the rest, I'm not crazy about it either, but I'm careful not to say she sings badly... are we joking here?
Dream Theater Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From a Memory
Voto:
In my opinion, you've only listened to the first track of this album, at most up to Strange Dejavu, skipping Overture. Moreover, you're reviewing a record without even knowing the members of the band that created it, and I could already stop there. The comparisons between musicians are clearly forced, and in any case, you don't realize that highlighting the influences of guitarists of such caliber on a young artist like Petrucci only serves to increase his value (this is taking reference to Petrucci's playing, indeed). And then, to say that Labrie is just one of a million singers out there is really hard to take... it honestly doesn't seem to me that I've ever heard anyone sing like that. Of course, tastes are tastes, and evidently, many may not like his voice, his tendency to go over the top, to exaggerate with virtuosities, or his particularly warm interpretation of the slower pieces, but now to come to despise a singer like him honestly seems too much. Well, you do you; perhaps I'm the one who doesn't get it at all, but in my life, I've listened to a lot of music, I've fed on it, and I continue to do so, from the music of the 50s, 60s, and 70s, and I believe I've gained at least a bit of critical spirit, if nothing else to distinguish a great band from a mediocre one. Then it might turn out that I'm wrong. Anyway, aside from the content, the review is well-written.
King Crimson The Great Deceiver: Live 1973-1974
Voto:
Well, in my opinion, King Crimson are more of a consortium of high-level musicians than a proper band. I mean, they call themselves "Re Cremisi," and indeed Fripp has been the constant member since 1969, but... The lack of a charismatic lead vocalist, on the contrary varying from album to album, makes the band feel quite alien... oh dear, this is probably one of their distinguishing traits, but it really doesn't align with my vision of a band. The review is excellent, but too long.
Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso Buone Notizie
Voto:
I, on the other hand, have "Urgentissimo" and not this. Of course, they could have spared us the electric guitar. Even though I don't know the album, I anticipate that the rating you gave is fair, in fact... I think you were even too understanding. Naturally, I hope I'm wrong.

If it had been just a little more detailed, the review would have been perfect. Still good though. Negrita are a good band, and personally, I enjoyed the acoustic turn of the latest album.

Alright, yes, I’m not crazy about Queen either, at least not all their songs, but you can’t deny their greatness, come on... Then again, personal tastes are a different matter, of course, but I believe the quality of many of their tracks is unquestionable. To be honest, I don’t know the specific album in question, so I won’t comment on that. But to spit on a band like Queen is, for me, a crime in any case.
