When I reviewed the same album, they tore me apart because they said there were already forty reviews! I don't understand why everyone has been kinder to you! Better this way! I liked the review (mine is better though, eh!) and the album is... there are no words... well done!

First of all, I have to say that you wrote a really nice review! As for the album... well, I admit I listened to it a lot at first! But only because it made me laugh so much (you know when, with a rather angry voice, our hero starts shouting "la si la si do re mi fa sol la"?). Too much experimentation for the sake of experimentation, in my opinion. And don't come to tell me he was searching for a new language to express himself! He made a collage of recordings and added some noise, great language! I understand the quest for new music, but you're not obliged to publish your failed attempts! Anyway, Battiato manages to make these oddities really fun, unlike some of his other experimental works; "M.lle Le Gladiator" is quite pleasant to listen to. Needless to say, I much prefer Battiato imitating the "greats" of electronic, concrete, stochastic music, etc., rather than the "greats" themselves! Still, many on Debaser would likely enjoy it, so I think it should be recommended! Personally, I’d give it a 3 because it drives me crazy when Battiato says: "Ma cosa dici, sciocca!"

Punisher is not entirely wrong: the album is well-made, but it's not one of those things that "sticks," that's for sure! I don't even have it; I listened to it at a friend's place: fun, catchy, with some finesse here and there. As the reviewer himself says, there are many references, some appreciable and some less so. However, I reiterate, it won't last! There's not much to be done about it. The rating would be between 2 and 3, but I want to be generous, so I'll give it a 3 and that's that! Translated into tenths, it's precisely a passing grade; I'd say that's reasonable.

The ELP are great! And you did a great job reviewing this album; of course, you can always improve, but it's a good start. By the way, if I remember correctly, the cover of this album was made by Giger, the Swiss artist who, among other things, created the alien puppet! In short, a special album!

My legs are shaking! Uncle Stock terrifies me! His "music" (the quotation marks are necessary) is the one I hate the most after Cage's! God, how much I loathe it!
