I liked this film. And also "Lost in Translation." The review, not at all.

Adriano, now I like your tone more. Mine is a reasoned and well-argued critique. Your response is also well-argued. If my critique hadn't been reasoned, your response wouldn't have been either. I repeat: I have already replied to your arguments by responding to Tinybanks, Grasshopper, Saputello, and others. If you feel like taking a look... Goodbye.

Mauroprog, are you still here? What a drag... Instead of worrying about my superficiality, try to learn some manners... @happypippo: you haven’t told me if you like the Pontes... :-)

No way, I took a look online: this is not a bootleg, it's a CD from Island. Anyway, Nick's posthumous releases all have their reasons: "Time of No Reply" feels like a second part to "Pink Moon" and "Tanworth in Arden," in my opinion, is very interesting: the version of "Don't think twice, it's all right" is beautiful... Thanks, Punny, I didn't know anything about this album. ;-)

Dear Adriano, your arguments have already been addressed in the past. Tell me the final scene and the one with the duel again, using different words from those I chose. The essence doesn’t change... I’ll skip over “stupidity” and “you could have shoved your CONSIDERATIONS up your ass...” but I can’t get past the invitation to meet again - I can’t do it. Once was more than enough. Bye bye.

I also read in the newspaper about this concert and was waiting for a review from some debaserano. I saw Jarrett-Peacock-DeJohnette twice at the Verona arena... Two great concerts. No superstar antics, no issues. Just great music...

@ajejebrazorf: Regarding the video: I tried to send you a private message, but your email seems to be blocked. I wanted to send you the link... It doesn't seem appropriate to post it on this page... However, a minute ago, I discovered that a DVD titled "Fleeting House" has been released, which contains live performances (including the one above), interviews, and other goodies. I think I’ll buy it tomorrow. Want to see a promo? Go here: Cheers.

@Ajejebrazorf: I reread some of my posts... I owe you an apology: I expressed myself in a confusing and contradictory way. First of all, I always started from my point of view, namely from the perspective of someone who has heard quite a bit. I didn't think about the fourteen-year-old boy: unforgivable on my part... Of course, I wouldn't tell him that Tim Buckley is the absolute greatest, but there it is... I also mentioned that I don't read any critics. I meant that I don’t have and have never had any "reference critic," if that makes sense. I first heard about various Lester Bangs, Polillo, and Scaruffi on Debaser (you may find this strange, but it's true). I've never read anything by the first two, and at home, I don't have any "History of Jazz, Rock, or anything else." While I prefer direct sources and articles by musicians, I do occasionally read articles by specialized journalists. I mentioned earlier that I have no problem appreciating a critic's work, as long as they don't say nonsense, and, in response to Riccardo, that I’m not part of the "criticism is useless" party: I thought I was making myself understood, but I surely expressed myself poorly and, moreover, more than once. I maintain my reservations about Scaruffi, fueled by the reading of other pages, but: First: I do not intend to prolong this discussion, and Second: just as I can do without him, Mr. Piero can do without me... I'm sorry about the video; it's quite nice. Bye.
