@maledimiele: that's from my area and he hasn't been convicted. He didn't even smash Berlusconi's head with the camera; he barely caused a scratch (maybe not even that, the bodyguards are veeeery diligent) with the tripod of the camera, hence the nickname "Crazy Tripod." He apologized and Berlusconi in his infiniiiiiiiite magnanimity forgave him...
