No, I can assure you that I didn't write it. :-) And happy reading (of the sentence).

Sure, no problem. The part about the Supreme Court of Canada was interesting too, but, oh, everyone believes what they want to believe. Bye.

However, this Harwood is quite an interesting type... I read the "author's introduction," in which our man lays out his charming theories about the enemies threatening his "race." Well, this alone shows that with his arithmetic, Harwood, if he approaches any truth, approaches, at best, a biased truth. Anyway, I did a quick search on Google and found out that Harwood is not the real name of the author of "Did Six Million Really Die?". His real name is apparently Richard Verrall, a member, coincidentally, of the "National Front." Now, why he used a pseudonym, which is quite common among fiction writers but certainly not among historians? Who knows, who cares, anyway: "He is best known today for his pamphlet (under the assumed name of Richard Harwood) Did Six Million Really Die?, a HOLOCAUST DENIAL PAMPHLET which was the subject of the criminal action brought against its Canadian publisher Ernst Zündel. Zündel was ultimately acquitted on the basis that the crime with which he was charged was unconstitutional, but not before the trial court had found the pamphlet to be composed of fabrications and distortions: the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that the book 'MISREPRESENTED THE WORK OF HISTORIANS, MISQUOTED WITNESSES, FABRICATED EVIDENCE, AND CITED NON-EXISTENT AUTHORITIES.' (I used uppercase letters for emphasis)." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Verrall).

"If there were a God, He would only ask us one thing: SILENCE." ---> Be careful, you’re getting carried away. And anyway, I wouldn’t be so sure; maybe God is a bit of a chaotic one...

Damn, I went to see them in Florence. But the acoustics in the venue were crap, which is why we understood little. Moreover, there were very few people, despite Bowie.

Damn, it got into my system but I wrote it wrong: "If I only HAVE...". :-)

Discovered thanks to Mr. Odradek (whom I thank now with a very late acknowledgment), who, in an ancient Deb page about a Jarmusch film, brightened my day by quoting the chorus of the title track from this album as a "summary" of the philosophy of the Daubailò director. That "If I only had one life, let me live as a lie" got under my skin. I’m not a huge fan of "80s" albums, but this one, in my opinion, sounds good. And then that chorus...

Oh sure, De Lorenzo, impeccably impartial.

So even the "people of freedom," who by the way were out in the square demonstrating yesterday, is made up of naive people... Good job, Frankie!

And what do I know? Ask him.
