"Only in Zambot 3 there's a massacre after another, people are dying in droves, it's a pleasure" --> Urka, I had removed Zambot... The unwitting kamikazes:

Just a couple of things to mention... The first: The cover refers not to "Dancing with the moonlit night" but to "I Know what I like." In fact, the cover comes before the song. The second: "The Battle of the Epping Forest" is not a piece against war; it's a comedic tale of a clash between gangs... Also, I would tread carefully with those triumphalist phrases like "... In one of the most beautiful solos in the history of music. A masterpiece." Because frankly, they’ve really gone overboard... Anyway, you do what you want, okay?

"Indeed, only your ears can hear the sound and the production of Lamb equal to that of Wing" ---> See, goodnight... Listen, Polstino, I just don’t feel like it anymore... How about we agree that you’re right? Come on, let’s do it this way... And look, just to satisfy you, yes, I smoked something strong and yes, I’ll turn to wine... Okay? Bye, huh...

I would say furious, rather. :-) Actually, since I’m at it: "... You mentioned the two albums without Gabriel, but what Genesis are they? The poor imitation, that is, Marillion copied the poor imitation of Genesis, not even the original ones..." ---> Watch out Polstino for how you talk about the talented Banks, Rutherford, Hackett, and Collins, eh, I’m warning you... Because otherwise... We understand each other... :-)

Damn, it's true, you caught me... I've never listened to those albums... I admit it... But my dear Polstino, even the rocks (at least those who listen to Genesis) know that the first two records by Tony Banks and company without Peter Gabriel are very similar to the previous ones. And "the lamb," yes, of course, is a concept, but who cares? I was talking about the sound of the band (and in particular the keyboardist) that remains more or less the same from "the lamb" all the way to "wind and...". Clear? No? Never mind... And anyway, get used to it, Marillion took a lot from Genesis...

@IlPolstino: Aside from the fact that when it comes to defining a band's sound, often the first albums are more important than the so-called "masterpieces," I have to say, I only know "Incomunicado" from "Clutching at Straws," a track that comfortably fits into the Genesis style... "besides the fact that the rhythms and organ pads were a hallmark of 97.5 percent of prog bands": Okay, I admit my description of Tony Banks' style might seem generic, but you only need to hear it once to understand what I'm talking about... I also gave you precise references, which are three titles, and 97.5% of prog bands haven't produced either an "A Trick of the Tail," nor a "Wind and Wuthering," nor, for that matter, a "The Lamb...". "Il fondo tinta": well you know, tricks and disguises were a trademark for Peter Gabriel in the seventies... If you present yourself to an audience looking like Fish in the aforementioned video, playing a song that contains the references briefly summarized here, you’re not just making a statement of intent, it's almost... Finally, the sound of Marillion is certainly recognizable but absolutely not original. They were a great band ("Garden Party" is a really nice piece, as is "Incomunicado"), they played well, wrote better, and so on... But let’s give credit where it's due…

Here... I mean, no, what I meant to say is that... HERE (https://www.debaser.it/main/Video.aspx?y=M5y7LtKGYLM) Fish has fulfilled a dream. :-)
