Thee, Stranded Horse Churning Strides

ah ah nice link to the zoetrope! :-) the review is clear: I don't think I'll like these... however, once I've finished the Nirvana, I'll listen to the samples...
Realm Endless War

bjorky, I really don't think that ocram is a sadist, someone who takes pleasure in others being insulted: his curiosity was probably driven by the belief that he himself was the recipient of the derogatory comment.
Nirvana In Utero

what a coincidence! I'm listening to it right now! disco!
Realm Endless War
Voto:
welcome back ocram, we missed you ;-) as you can see, things on debaser haven’t changed at all: it’s still a "never-ending war" here, just like in the Realm...(don’t worry, in a few minutes bjorky will apologize to you, I’m ready to bet a handful of nickels)
Brian Auger's Oblivion Express Second Wind

an antithetical proposal to the lost sounds (as you describe it), but still intriguing...result: two new albums to get my hands on...well done once again, antmo...

Maybe I didn't explain myself well... I meant to say that I agree with Hal when he says that poverty of means is not necessarily synonymous with richness of results... many bands play simple rock, with the usual three instruments and the usual four chords, but they "redeem themselves" by writing inspired songs and performing them with passion... but there are also those bands that, in addition to starting with limited means, disappoint on the level of "results," writing dull, flavorless, anonymous, banal songs and interpreting them without charisma, without personality, without inspiration... in my view, this is the case with Jamboree, an album that (aside from Indian Summer) doesn't say anything to me at all... of course, other people will find Jamboree to be a great album...
Alice in Chains Dirt

among my favorite albums that emerged from Seattle in the early '90s...
Starfuckers Infrantumi
Voto:
no fuck, spam on debaser no! we said enough shit god damn it! let's get to the serious stuff: yes mary, you're right about the Starfuckers, it’s music that doesn’t exist, eternal soundcheck, desert, the snapshot of planet earth after its disastrous end...
La Otracina Tonal Ellipse Of The One
Voto:
"Not the kraut sound in general, but specific groups within the scene." <<< bad sign: if the kraut revival starts, it's over. Great review, but I’ll keep a safe distance from the album...
