And to think I don't know him yet. If it's all on the level of Moon in June, it's going to be amazing!!!

And what if in the "cosmic reality" the "soundtrack" was made up of the music of Robbie Williams or Rita Pavone...... ??!! <<< It would be a real nightmare! :-)))

Congratulations! Great catch; detailed and enjoyable review. The Budgie, which I know in bits and pieces, seem to me like Led Zeppelin at double speed.

Beautiful Odra, really beautiful... Lucky you who was already on this planet, (twenty-something I imagine, or thereabouts...), when bands like the Huskers were playing... By the way, how many people were there to see them in Turin? @Antmo: what does that sentence by the Minutemen mean? I didn’t get it.

Tangerine Dream Zeit

I believe that Zeit is an extremely "naturalist" album, in no way mystical. It can be compared to a scientific documentary about the Milky Way. The exact opposite of Irrlicht by Schulze, which has a much more metaphysical approach... In Tangerine Dream, there is nothing but a cold (though fascinating) description of cosmic reality: it captivates us simply because we do not know this reality, as it is inaccessible to us (unless one possesses a spaceship). So let us thank Tangerine Dream for helping us discover it through music.

Zappa, the quintessential guitarist?!?!? But wasn't it Hendrix? Bah...
