and even fester fell into the celluloid trap! :-) congratulations, this review is perfectly in line with the atmosphere of the film... a film that I liked but only to a certain extent... I far prefer Jarmusch's Ghost Dog (one of the best US films of the last 10 years)

Beautiful film, but a bit redundant and sugary... it has all the hallmarks of Burton's "definitive" film (in fact, they are already giving him the Lifetime Achievement Award)... unbalanced but rich in strokes of genius... the review, as always, perfectly captures the fundamental aspect of the film: chapeau!
