Nice review, and I agree with your judgment on the album. Undoubtedly, the previous one had artworks like "Cose che succedono" that encouraged purchases more.

This album rocks!
Orbital Blue Album
Voto:
Great review. Among my favorites after the Prodigy, I undoubtedly place the Orbital. Each of their albums is a surprise. This blue album, however, did disappoint me. They're amazing, not just because they do ambient but because they span a wide range from the most powerful techno (Meltdown) to more pop-oriented tracks (Style). Brilliant and original. They do it all without much promotion, without the scandalous videos à la Aphex Twin. A brave choice, considering that usually, without a violent or ambiguous video, no one buys the CD.
Uomini Di Mare Sindrome Di Fine Millennio

This review does not highlight the main flaw of this album: the recording. Listening to it feels like a home demo! It's a shame to say, but despite the great songs, it bored me after a while precisely because of this flatness.
I prefer the Fibra of Mr. Simpatia and the 2004 EP with Uomini di Mare.
I also consider Turbe Giovanili better than Sindrome, because of the rhymes (techniques) and the beats (by Neffa).
What a pity for Sindrome. Maybe if it were remixed with completely different beats, I would gladly listen to it again.

Prodigy Rulez!
You know... prodigy rulez was the password to unzip the files downloaded from my MP3 site, which faded away in 2001 because one day, coming back from my interrail trip, I found all the links cut off. I'm glad that among the debaserists there are also people who listen to this music and that not everyone is just into rock. Nice one, guys!

ZiOn, you have all my respect. Not only did you shed light on the beautiful video of Everybody In The Place (fairground edit), but you also tried to snag a DVD... what a show!
There’s nothing wrong with borrowing an original CD or DVD. Especially when "manca money" and the desire to have it is through the roof. I prefer this to buying a bootleg from the Moroccan.
In the end, it leaves you with a nice SIAE stamp. If you bought it, the artist would earn a small percentage anyway, and let's think about it, a store won’t go bankrupt selling DVDs, with all the money they make! Of course, a bit of ethics wouldn’t hurt the poor thirsty for art in any form (CDs, DVDs, books...)
Back to the Prodigy... I have reason to believe Leeroy Thornhill is a legend. I met him on January 12 at Brancaleone after a DJ Set, high and drunk but super friendly! He even poked a little fun at his last solo work (the "indie pop" genre), which is indeed quite lackluster. I asked to take a photo, and then he wanted to take another one! Just imagine the excitement... standing next to him ... taller than me! And I’m 1.93. :-)

The Prodigy are my favorite group.
Great album, great review!
Must-have original!
...
Regarding the review, I don't quite get that Keith Flint was a renowned DJ.
I knew that Liam met Leeroy and Keith (already friends for a while) at a rave, or at least that's how it was written in one of the two books/biographies I've read.
Anyway, there's no comparison between Experience and Fat... Experience was the turning point.

How harsh... I liked Ghosts as well. Of course, the remixes are unbearable. Anyway, great review.

I missed The Prodigy in Bologna and I take pride in it... going all the way down there, paying a certain amount just to see a few minutes of The Prodigy... well... I couldn't bring myself to do it! I saw The Prodigy in Stockholm last year and I can tell you they really spakkato! At one point, Keith threw off his leather jacket and we managed to snag three whole pieces. Other bits were snatched by the more aggressive Swedes :)
CoolOras, regarding you: you decided to write a review about my favorite band, encouraging those who are signed up on Debaser to talk about it, so you have all my respect.
