my cousin, who is 6 years old, could write a better review; the album is truly unlistenable. Moreover, I found Madagascar and I.R.S. to be the worst of an already terrible record... as they say, 'to each his own'... eh

Read out of curiosity, never again. The basic idea isn’t too bad, the plot and style are so-so, but the resolution is horrific. Plus, I can’t stand it when there are 20 lines of description between one sentence and another in a dialogue, like: “…he was slowly unpacking the cigarettes while talking…”

1 Your beloved Splinter isn’t talking about just any product this time ---> Was the almost complete discography of Rush a "just any product"?
2 A background synthesizer doesn’t clash when paired with a violin solo ---> The discovery of hot water, given that Kansas was doing it long before.
3 Similarly, a flute doesn’t sound bad as a background to distorted guitar --> The second discovery of hot water: listen to the golden age Jethro Tull, who not only did this but also the opposite—imagine, a distorted guitar providing the background for a flute.
4 The umpteenth duplicate, the incarnation of banality in the form of a review with a useless track-by-track.

A record that I've always loved madly because it's very varied, from the madness of I am the slide to that great pseudo southern piece that is Camarillo Brillo. Reviewed excellently, by the way, well done justifiers!

"The electro-pop matrix is even more evident" oh yes ELECTRO POP, so why not indie or britpop or punk-ska or progressive vegetarian grindcore or super black metal? The festival of the (useless) duplicate unfortunately isn’t over...
