I'm sorry to give you a 1, but I do it because I completely disagree with what you write, as I believe the only song worth discarding is Breakout, where, by the way, the horns were heavily called in to replace Ozzy who had already left. 3 for Junior's Eyes, only 6 for A Hard Road, 5.5 for Shock Wave, and 5 for the Title-track, in my opinion, does not do justice to this handful of excellent tracks, which are the best songs on the album. A comparison with Technical Ecstasy can stand (see Air Dance with She's Gone), because it's the same type of album (the late Black Sabbath, as I love to call them), but Bill Ward sings just as well for me. Then I don't understand why you insist on producing duplicates of the Black Sabbath albums with Ozzy, since if I'm not mistaken you have an immense hatred for the Madman.
