Novak Djokovic Vs Rafael Nadal Semifinale Madrid Masters 1000 - 16.05.09

Well, Federer is beautiful to watch; practically the only one at high levels who still bases his game on "serve and volley." In the women's game, it might be truer now that the one who was perhaps the most elegant on the court - Henin - has retired.

Sorry for the double comment, but the university wireless gets glitchy sometimes.

I haven't seen her (too bad, at this point; but right now, cycling is all that exists for me - and Inter's scudetto, of course). The most beautiful match I remember is the Wimbledon final some time ago between Rafter and Ivanisevic: what a spectacle! One thing, s.c.d.(s)f.: why "Clamorosamente"? The great Roger is still the same! Allez la Suisse. ;-)

The authors of an extraordinary track like "Black Diamond" still remain.
Francis Ford Coppola Dracula di Bram Stoker

I agree with the good Green: Winona Ryder is amazing, ha ha ha... the film didn’t exactly not please me, to be clear; it’s just that throughout the viewing, I had the impression of a film that I won’t say is B-rated, but… it serves as a pretext for a lot of implicit and explicit eroticism (which, by the way, is by no means out of place, even though I think it’s not emphasized as much in the book as the comments suggest). Mina in the book is an angel who doesn’t show much sensuality, but a lot of love for Harker: that alone is enough to argue that the film’s adherence to the book is present only up to a certain point.
Most of the actors did well, except for Hopkins (for once, I agree that it might also be the fault of the dubbing) who distorts the magnificent Van Helsing of Bram Stoker into an annoying and pretentious, as well as arrogant, character. I also found Seward to be somewhat ineffective, but that’s because I imagined him differently.
One last thing regarding the screenplay; I didn’t find it evil, but perhaps some scenes should have been included; I’ll give a spoiler example (warning!): the death of Morris in the book has a meaning when his name is given to Harker’s son, also with a symbolic effect (the light that conquers the darkness, or however you want to interpret it). In the film, it’s “useless,” and at this point, either it shouldn’t have been included (deviating from the book, oh well) or there should have been a little more emphasis on the despair of the friends (just my opinion); indeed, the only character with a fulfilling arc is Dracula himself (and perhaps, ultimately, that was the intention of FFC).
The review is good, but perhaps even exaggerated.
Regards.

A classic in the truest sense of the word; it didn't completely blow me away, but it's essential.

Incredible; I've been listening to "Prospettiva Nevskij" for two hours.

In fact, I’ll tell you more: in hindsight, and with the views piling up, I might dare to say that it’s his best (so far).

I should see it, along with the "twin" "Milano trema, la polizia vuole vendetta" and the more "renowned" "Milano calibro 9": a friend of mine is enthusiastic about it - but he is also enthusiastic about "Banditi ad Orgosolo" ;-)
