I can't hide my occasional (but very enjoyable) attendance in this genre. It also seems to me that, lately, many "niche" musicians have slightly more visibility than the average.

Killgod probably doesn't like house music and therefore views Basement Jaxx negatively. Within this genre, they hold a very high position, especially for the great innovation they have brought. Sure, it’s still "synthetic" music, and they can’t be defined as musicians in the strictest sense, but the ideas and talent are definitely there! Have you listened to any of their other tracks or albums? I don’t think so, since you claim that their sound is similar to that of Faithless (I don't find any resemblance at all).
