Slint are at least a level above. But this album is beautiful: post-rock that transforms into intimate singer-songwriter vibes, emotions on tiptoe, very timid tremors, anxieties, and fears. Best listened to alone.

But how can you treat London Calling like that? An indecent and bland review, you could and should have done more (especially considering the fact that there were already two...). The album is available for 10 euros in any record store, it's far from being hard to find.

Interesting. About Bad Brains, a note: on the first album they alternated between hardcore and reggae, yes, but already on the second the two genres were blended perfectly.

Regarding Feedtime, I believe the opposite. Roy Montgomery in the early '80s was touring with a group (the Pin Group) that had already sketched out the sounds that would later belong to Dadamah, Dissolve, etc. In my opinion, Feedtime gave us more than just a listen. As for the influences on Dadamah, I read an interview with Roy Montgomery in which he emphasized that the main source of inspiration for the "sound" was Red Crayola. Velvet Underground, Pere Ubu, and Joy Division were not part of his intentions. Whether they can be heard is another story...
