Criticize?? Come on, all you’re doing is feeding what I think. Who tells you that Luca Carboni should be criticized? Just because you don’t like him? I too can't stand bands or artists universally recognized as "sacred monsters" like Nirvana, Oasis, or Guccini, to stay in Italy. But I would never allow myself to say they should be criticized. I'm nobody to say that.

It's true that this album should be listened to as a bit of a distraction from everyday life (a paradox, by the way, precisely because it's about everyday life here). But there are still some who take on the mantle of elite music with a rather snobbish attitude. This is truly an excellent album; honestly, I would have rated it between 4 and 5, but I decided to round up because I always cheer for those who stay behind the corner without shouting.

Honestly, in the '70s they had great critical success. It was in the '80s that they were dismissed, perhaps because of a few tracks that were objectively a little too clever. Anyway, the making of didn't only come out with the album. There’s one made up of 2 DVDs, which is very interesting. It is part of the "Classic Albums" series (among others, there’s also U2's "The Joshua Tree," and albums by Nirvana, Def Leppard, etc.). It's an official product!

I don't completely agree, but that's fine. The important thing is that the greatness of Queen is recognized. By the way, I recommend getting the making of "A Night at the Opera" (unless you've already done so). Really interesting!

Sandman died right in my town, I'm sorry I haven't listened to any of his work yet... I will. In the meantime, they have dedicated a staircase to him, just a few meters from where he died. A nice way to remember him.

Yeah, but there it's practically impossible to find a piece that's just nice... If only all posthumous albums were like that, not like certain crap.

Lux, I am referring to the last two: Innuendo and Made in Heaven, even though the latter is a posthumous but beautiful album.

the review seems to be written by a child. The album is beyond discussion. I totally agree that here the power of Freddie's voice stands out much more. Regarding the choice of songs, it was necessary to avoid the risk of repeating the Live Killers setlist, so the decision was made to include tracks from the '80s, which I believe was the right thing to do. Even if the best Queen songs are on the first albums and the last two.

Dear Bernard, first you mock the U2 and Simple Minds, and then you say that for the "sweet-voiced" singer there’s a rosy future on the horizon. But do you even know what you're saying, or were you just pulling our leg?
Samuele Bersani L'Aldiqua

Bersani is someone you can appreciate, but not love. Perhaps because I've never considered him a good interpreter... In short, he doesn't convey much through his voice; the words stand out much more. I must say that "Occhiali rotti" is a great song. "Lo scrutatore non votante" has a beautiful text, but the music leaves a lot to be desired. I find it almost an annoying song. As for the rest, I don't dare to express an opinion; I stick to the pieces I've listened to. Regarding the review: good in content, mediocre in form. Be careful with repetitions! It's just a suggestion; I, too, initially got a bit too caught up in the informal language.
